This game was the SNES' 2nd killer-app after Super Mario World. Pretty good read, but the author omits to mention one very important fact about UHD BR playback on the Xbox One S: it can't read the new audio formats that come with those 4K discs, so no Dolby Atmos, and no DTS-X. This is the reason why a lot of movie/Home cinema buffs are actually not buying it and prefer to turn to a standalone UHD BR player instead.
Oh, and he states that the scorpio will be able to deliver real native 4K, but it's highly doubtful, especially as far as AA...
I'm not sure Rime is a PS4 exclusive anymore, but this list sure is interesting, I didn't know there were so many PS4 exclusives coming out in the near future. It's gonna take me years again to purchase everything I want, just like on the PS3 where I'm not finished yet. :p

If they allow X play for this game, there's got to be a good reason for them taking this long to approve it for Rocket League.
If Konam still had any interest in making games and/or making consumers happy we could hope they'd remake the GBA and NDS Castlevania games at some point, since there are people like me who aren't interested in gaming on handheld consoles and would like to enjoy these games with a proper audiovisual presentation, but since they have clearly given the middle finger to everyone including H. Kojima, I think we all have at least a vague idea of the odds on them ever coming up with that......

Lucky you, but my internet connection is nowhere near good enough to stream 4K content, and even if it were, as they say in the article, 4K streamed is only marginally better than 1080p from a physical media, it's not as good as 4K from a UHD Blu-Ray apparently (which I absolutely believe).

Interesting. So, according to this article, Sony can perfectly add support for 4K UHD Blu-Rays to the PS4 Pro if they want. Here's hoping they'll do it. Frankly if they didn't add it because the brand has 4K BR players to sell, what a shame. OK, so whose idea was it to come up with that sensational headline? At no point in the article is that game refered to as a "No Man's Sky killer", and I don't think the devs called their game that. It's a cute game, but nowhere near as immersive as NMS considering the style they're going with.
If people were disappointed with the supposed lack of variety in planets in NMS, I'm curious to see what they'll think about this one.
